Proposed bilateral deal allows US to share nuclear reactors with Norway

A proposed nuclear agreement between the United States and Norway would allow Washington to share nuclear information and material with Norway for bilateral nuclear cooperation, US President Barack Obama said in a message to the US Congress on Tuesday.
