Cairo (AFP) Aug 25, 2010Egypt announced on Wednesday it would build its planned nuclear powerplant on the Mediterranean coast of el-Dabaa which it hopes will start production in 2019, the state news agency MENA reported. Russian protesters condemn nuclear waste planMoscow (AFP) Aug 24, 2010 A dozen supporters of Russia's opposition party Yabloko protested in Moscow Tuesday against a project to transport nuclear waste from Germany into Russia, the party leader said.
