Japan PM orders first nuclear restart
Tokyo (UPI) Jun 18, 2012
Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda ordered the restart of two reactors at the Oi nuclear complex in Fukui Prefecture in western Japan. Noda gave the restart order Saturday shortly after Oi Gov. Issei Nishikawa announced his acceptance of the restart. The reactors could be generating power within the next two weeks, officials said.
