Framatome completes acquisition of BHR Group in the United Kingdom

Framatome reports it has completed its acquisition of VirtualPiE Limited (traded as BHR Group), a leader in fluid engineering-based products and services for the chemical and nuclear energy industries. With this transaction, Framatome continues to expand its presence in the United Kingdom and its comprehensive portfolio of solutions.

Framatome has supported the U.K. nuclear market for decades, contributing to the engineering and maintenance of existing reactors and participating in new build projects including Hinkley Point C.
