Libya and Canada sign nuclear deal

Libya and Canada have signed a memorandum of intent on nuclear power, the fourth signed by Tripoli in the past two years, an official said on Thursday. Two generators shut down at Russian nuclear plant: company

Two generators at Russia's Kola nuclear power plant near Murmansk, in the far northwest, were shut down due to a fault in the anti-fire system, energy group Energoatom said Wednesday.
