Bamako (AFP) Feb 9, 2011
A Guinean national has been arrested in Mali for trying to smuggle weapons, including 17 rockets, a security source said Wednesday.

The source said a preliminary investigation indicated the weapons may come from Guinean army stocks and that the individual may have responded to an order from a "criminal group."
