Russia, Argentina May Construct Atucha Nuclear Power Plant Unit in 2016

A contract with Russia for the construction of a new unit for Argentina's Atucha Nuclear Power Plant may be signed by the end of 2016, Russian Ambassador to Argentina Viktor Koronelli said. Koronelli added that new agreements are being discussed on the delivery of low-enriched nuclear fuel and its components for research needs. "The plans remain and haven't gone anywhere.
