What with rental for the electricity meter, costs for using the power grids, value-added tax and a tax on electricity, coupled with a surcharge for the preferred sourcing of green power, the final price we pay is effectively double the generation cost. Russia ready to invest in Namibia uraniumMoscow (AFP) May 20, 2010 Russia and Namibia signed Thursday an agreement on exploration and production of uranium which could lead to a one billion dollars investment in the resource-rich African country, officials said.
